PawTrails Smart Collar Terms and Conditions
About this Agreement
Attitude Technologies Limited will provide to you on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement the PawTrails Smart Collar and associated services.
Attitude Technologies may change the prices, fees, products and services and/or the terms and conditions of this Agreement in the future. Unless specified otherwise we will give you thirty days’ notice prior to any significant change in relation to either pricing or this agreement. If you find the change unacceptable you have the right to cancel your Service (s). However, if you continue to receive the Services after the end of the notice period you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
By your use of our products and services you are indicating your affirmative acceptance of this Agreement and to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
Charges and Billings
There is a one-off fee payable in relation to the purchase of the PawTrails smart collar and thereafter a subscription fee which can be paid monthly / half-year/yearly, payable in advance to use the GPS element of the collar. You can also opt for the lifetime fee which is a once off fee, non-refundable and you won’t have to pay for the subscription again.
Billing date is the day after your current subscription ends/the day after your free period ends /instantly if your subscription fee has been out. If payment fails, you will not have access to the device information until payment is processed. Once you select a subscription plan, the payment will automatically be taken out of your account every month, half year, yearly, dependent on the plan you go for. Subscription can be cancelled once it is done before the next billing date. If you want to cancel your subscription in the middle of a payment plan, you will not receive a refund and your subscription will be cancelled the following billing date.
From time to time it may be necessary to change our price structure and as set out above you will receive notification thirty days in advance of any price change.
Payment by Credit Card
If you use a credit card to pay for the Product and Services, its use is governed by the card issuer agreement for that specific card and you must refer to that agreement for your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. If we do not receive payment from your card issues or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand.
Products and Services
Title to the Products purchased by you from Attitude Technologies Ltd, such as the PawTrails Smart Collar will pass to you on payment of the Product Purchase fee.
In addition to your Statutory Rights Attitude Technologies Limited provides a limited warranty in relation to the Smart Collar for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable in the event that the unit is faulty and does not apply in a situation where the unit is damaged.
Limitation of Liability
Attitude Technologies Limited liability under the within agreement is restricted to the amount paid by you to Attitude Technologies Limited for our product or products. This limitation of liability in no way affects your statutory rights.
Returns and Cancellations
Save for circumstances where the product (s) supplied are faulty Attitude Technologies does not accept returns of any product (s) supplied by us.
As our product uses GSM technology to present a high accuracy result, a data only SIM card is used, which is payable monthly/half year/yearly/ lifetime. If the payment is not done for 6 months, the device will be blocked, and you will never be able to activate this device again. When a device is in trial period, switching plan will result in loss of remaining trial period.
If payment fails, the following rules apply:
- Retry 3 days after the previous attempt
- Retry 5 days after the previous attempt
- Retry 7 days after the previous attempt
- Finally, cancel the subscription.
If you breach these terms and conditions or the returns policy and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms and conditions or returns policy.

If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you may refer your complaint to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (t) Attitude Technologies engage in this process in good faith.
This Agreement is governed by Irish law and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
