Returns & Refunds Policy

1.1 Warranty Issue

  1. In addition to your Statutory Rights Attitude Technologies Limited provides a limited warranty in relation to the product for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable if the unit is faulty and does not apply in a situation where the unit is damaged by the customer.
  2. You need to email info@pawtrails.ie requesting the refund with the following information

-Date of Purchase

-Receipt

-Order Number

-Reason for Refund

  1. Once we get the request, we will then organise the device to be picked up and will cover the shipping charges, if it falls under a warranty issue.
  2. For your return to be accepted, you need to return the product with all the components

-Device Holder

-Tracking Device

-Charging Station with USB type C cable

-Collar

-Harness

-Packaging 

  1. (a) If we determine the product to be faulty and you request a replacement, the shipping and handling charges for the replacement product sent to you will be covered by us. If you purchased your Product from a retail store please return to that store, products purchased from this website cannot be returned to a retail store.

(b) If we deem the product not to be faulty, we will attempt to resolve the issue/s and the product will be returned to you and the shipping and handling charges for the replacement product sent to you will be covered by us.

1.2 Refunds

Your refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) you have returned are inspected by our team. Once the return has been approved, it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier). Please note: the time for a payment services provider to refund you can vary depending upon the provider.

Return Fees

  • 100% refund if we determine the unit to be faulty.
  • Since GPS technology is dependent on several variables and can be affected by factors such as your location, weather conditions and interferences from buildings etc, we cannot always guarantee consistent GPS locations. Any request for a product return based on inaccurate or inconsistent GPS locations is at our sole discretion.

You have no grounds for refund if:

  • You bought the item knowing that it wasn’t fit for what you wanted it to do
  • You broke or damaged the product
  • You made a mistake when buying the item (for example, the wrong size)
  • Wear and tear
  • You change your mind
  • If components are missing

1.3 Exchange

You can exchange the product within 30 days of purchase, if the package has not been opened. You will need to cover the shipping cost to return to us. If you have a warranty issue, please refer to section 1.1
