Job Description

PawTrails is the first brand introducing Tofu Cat Litter into Irish market. We are seeking for a Business Development Manager. Successful candidates will be required to develop positive relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned area.

Key areas of Responsibility:

– Deliver sales target.
– Develop key account relationships by delivering excellent service.
– Providing timely reports on activity undertaken, including plans, visits and reviews, along with performance and achievements, relating to outcomes and results.
– Developing new and existing customer relationships, with a view to meeting and exceeding challenging performance objectives.
– Team player, work well in a busy environment, and be able to work to strict deadlines.
– Availability to travel around Ireland with short notice due to business needs.

The Candidate:

– A result driven, energetic, self-motivated, ambitious sales professional.
– Demonstrate high volume inputs, and performance against KPIs.
– Demonstrate a proactive approach to targeting and winning new business.
– Demonstrate high level of strategic and operational planning and process management.
– Minimum 3 years’ experience selling within a B2B environment.
– Evidence of a structured and consultative sales process.
– Exceptional networking and relationship building skills.
– A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
– Ability to spot and exploit sale opportunities, develop plans and set aims within the company’s expectations.
– A problem solver with a positive “can-do” attitude.

The Package:

– Annual OTE €70k – €80k
– Basic salary €50k – €60k based on your experience + Performance based commission structure of €20k or more.
